Lisa Hackett

Lisa Hackett is a clinical sonographer in Sydney, Australia, who has worked in musculoskeletal ultrasound since 1993, beginning alongside hand surgeons. A Fellow of the Australasian Sonographers Association and an adjunct associate lecturer at UNSW, where she earned her PhD in medicine, she researches shear wave elastography of the rotator cuff and tendon healing after repair, with more than 35 peer-reviewed publications. She has been teaching ultrasound for over 25 years through The Ultrasound Educator and is co-director of LDL Solutions.
