Cookies Policy
summit.amsku.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. This policy explains the small amount of third-party content on the Site that may store data in your browser, and how to control it.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. In this policy we use "cookies" to cover all of them. Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services whose content is embedded in the page (third-party cookies).
2. Cookies set by this Site
The Site is a static website operated by the Advanced MSK Ultrasound Center ("AMSKU"). It does not set any first-party cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, and does not track you across other websites. Your browser may remember your preferences, such as reduced-motion settings, but that is controlled by your device, not by us.
3. Third-party content that may set cookies
A few parts of the Site load content from other providers. When your browser fetches that content it connects directly to the provider, which may set its own cookies or store data under its own policy. We do not control these cookies.

4. Registration and the event platform
Tickets and the live event are handled by RingCentral Events on its own website. When you follow a "Register" link you leave this Site. RingCentral Events uses its own cookies for signing in, managing your registration, processing payment and running the virtual event, and they are governed by RingCentral's privacy notice. Likewise, summit2025.amsku.com, where past recordings are available, has its own cookies and policies.
5. Do we need your consent?
Because the Site itself sets no cookies and the third-party content described above is limited to what is needed to display the page and operate the contact form, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
6. How to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies already stored. Blocking all cookies may stop the embedded contact form from working; you can always email us instead at info@amskucenter.com.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new embedded content or services. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
