Ashu Goyle

Dr. Ashu Goyle is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician and the founder of Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness in Scottsdale, Arizona. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and has practiced in Scottsdale since 2008. His practice combines ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided procedures with orthobiologics, including PRP and bone marrow concentrate, and laser therapy. He co-authored a 2026 review of micro-fragmented adipose tissue in orthopedic regenerative medicine.
