Marc Pietropaoli

Dr. Marc Pietropaoli is a board-certified sports medicine orthopedic surgeon and the founder and CEO of Victory In Motion in Skaneateles, New York, home of the Knee Repair, NOT Knee Replacement program built on bone marrow aspirate and PRP. He earned his MD and completed orthopedic residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University, then trained in sports medicine at the American Sports Medicine Institute under James Andrews, MD. He is the author of Repair Not Replace and spoke at AGS 2025.
