Don Buford

Dr. Don Buford is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and the founder of Texas Orthobiologics in Dallas. He earned his MD at UCLA, completed orthopedic residency at UT Southwestern and a sports medicine fellowship at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute. A two-time president of the Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation, he chairs the Biologic Association, serves on the AANA Board of Directors, co-edits Biologic Orthopedics Journal and directs the Las Vegas Regenerative Medicine and MSK Ultrasound Course. He gave the AGS 2025 opening keynote.
